MEET UPS

Dear customers,

we have decided to implement the following rules for meetups ,valid from 26th Nov 2009 onwards :

there will only be ONE FREE mass meetup after the orders arrive in SG @CCK/Bukit Panjang *subjected to change by our schedules *

Those who cannot make it for this free mass meetup are suggested to either opt for postage or arrange for another personal meetup as soon as they receive the mass meetup email.
Customers who cancel their meetups >3 times (either for payment of preorders/collection of gds) will not be entertained anymore/have their goods resold w/o any refunds respectively.
WE WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANYONE WHO IS LATE FOR MORE THAN 15 MINS FOR ANY MEETUP.
ALL Meet Ups timings and locations are subjected to our schedule :)
Locations are strictly limited to the places as stated below.

PLS DO NOT CANCEL UR MEETUP(REGARDLESS OF PAYMENT/COLLECTION) UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.INFORM AT LEAST 2 HRS IN ADVANCE,OR A LAST MIN CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED/ITEMS WILL BE FORFEITED.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS IN DELIVERY VIA REGISTERED AND NORMAL POSTAGE.

For SG customers,please allow for 2 weeks (working days )for items to reach you after orders have arrived in SG & full payment has been received.

For International customers,please allow for 3 weeks (working days) for items to reach your destination from singapore after orders have arrived in SG & full payment has been received.

Calculated is based on approximated weight .Cost of postage will be emailed to individual customer when goods arrive in SG.

Terms and conditions

PREORDERS

Pls do not cancel orders after order confirmation-U WILL BE BLACKLISTED.

Preorders=NO INSTOCKS=Pay 1st b4 u get e gds 2-6 WEEKS AFTER PREORDER ENDS!

All details given in order form needs to be 100% accurate to avoid errors/for us to contact u via sms if there are probs with ur orders.

1.ALL Pre-order titles,product details,prices, contents,free gifts and release date are subjected to change by the distributor without prior notice.Also,actual preorder items may have slight variations from what was shown on e photos due to lighting.

2. myccube will not hold responsibility for such unforeseen changes by the distributor.

3.Preorders may take 2-6 weeks(depending on supplier and exporting country) to arrive in Singapore after the release date/after preorder ends/a certain cap is reached unless otherwise stated.Please be patient if you decide to join our preorders.

However,we would contact you as soon as we receive the items in SG and send out the items asap after the FULL payment has been received.

4.There will usually be 2 payments for SG CUSTOMERS:

1st payment:

-To be transferred after order confirmation if not ur order will not be counted as PAID n we will not send in ur orders to supplier-

2nd payment:

-To be transferred after order has arrived in Singapore-

Shipment fee to Singapore +

Postage within SG*applies only if u opt for registered/normal post *+

Additional charges*if u opt for personal meetup etc*

NOTE:We strongly advise SG customers to transfer your payments to us via ATM/

I BANKING as e receipt will be ur proof of purchase.

6.There will usually be 1 payment for INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

1st payment:

-To be transferred after order confirmation if not ur order will not be counted as PAID n we will not send in ur orders to supplier-

Estimated Shipment fee to SG+

PAYPAL handling fee[3.4 %+SGD1.50]/Handling fee for international funds transfer via bank[SGD$10]+

estimated Registered postage fee to your destination

*PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT SHIPMENT FEE TO SG IS DIFFERENT FROM POSTAGE FEE TO YOUR ADDRESS.*

7.Orders once placed CANNOT be cancelled/ refunded.

It would be unfair to the others as shipment fees depends greatly on the number of orders.The more orders we send in,the lower the shipment fee per pax.*which is why we can offer lower prices for preorders*

8.In the event when item placed for preorders are out of stock,we will do a FULL REFUND.

9.Please transfer the payment to us within 48 hours after a confirmation email including the payment details has been sent.

10.Dead buyers will be blacklisted.

12.If there is a problem with your items,we will try our best to contact our supplier /distributor and resolve the issue on your behalf.However,we cannot guarantee that a refund/exchange will definitely be given.

13.To determine ur ring size,

Step 1: Use a metal wire and wound it around ur ring finger repeatedly until it becomes a circular ring,make a making,and straighten it out.measure with a ruler to find out e circumference
